Wraxall Yard

Wraxall Yard is a beautifully serene development of five restored barns designed as a peaceful retreat for families including guests with disabilities, situated within the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The design is absolutely perfect with a calming interiors colour palette and furnishings by Another Country. Set around a shared courtyard garden and surrounded by countryside and nature, the site is a peaceful haven to escape offering holiday accommodation, a community space, workshop and educational smallholding.

Driven by the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to engage with farming and wildlife and good design, it is a stunning destination for all ages and abilities.

Congratulations to the brilliant Clementine Blakemore Architects for receiving ‘High Commendation’ in the RIBA MacEwan Award - an award recognising architecture for the common good. Wraxall Yard does this with a commendable effortlessness.
